The W.O.P.R. Foundation™ is incorporated as a Delaware nonprofit corporation and is a recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are tax-deductible.
Two Entities, Never Conflated
The Foundation owns the charitable mission. WOPR Systems LLC builds and maintains the technology under a services contract. They are separate legal entities and are never presented as one.
